Please do not put sensitive information (such as Social Security, bank or card numbers) in any form.
- Donation information. Gifts are processed by a third-party hosted donation platform, Zeffy (payments handled by its processor, Stripe), not on this website. Zeffy's handling of your information is described in Zeffy's privacy policy. We do not collect or store your card or bank details on this site. We may receive your name, email, gift amount and similar details from the payment platform so we can acknowledge your gift. Donors can give online through Zeffy.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, which our hosting provider (Cloudflare, through Cloudflare Pages) may log for security and operation.
- Analytics and cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites, to count visits. We do not use advertising trackers. Zeffy (donations), MailerLite (email) and Google Forms (help requests) process the information you choose to send them.

Individuals can ask for help through our Request Help form, which is handled through Google Forms. It collects your name, email, phone, address, the kind of help you need and a short description of your situation. We use this information only to review your request and contact you, and we share it only with service providers who help us run the form or as required by law. Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance. In an emergency call 911; for a mental-health crisis call or text 988; for local help call 211.
